Perhaps, just calling it 'Suggestions' would be better, as I presume forum suggestions is also welcome.
PvPMu needs a General Discussions / MU Discussions section too.
I recommend you enable sub-forums, to better sort/categorise the forum.
The forum title needs to be changed in php admin panel

Reports could be 1 forum, and contain: bug reports, player reports, credit issue reports, web issues, forum issues, Lost item report..
Staff Applications could be one forum, with perhaps subforums.
Personally, I would have it as 1 forum, then sticky a guide on how to apply.
typing [GM], [MOD], [GFX] at the start of the thread title (if users cannot follow the instructions, chances are they dont belong in the staff team.)
Trash - does this need to be viewable to non-staff members?
